General Information

If you have library fines of $5.00 or greater  your library privilege's will cease. This includes checking our and renewing materials, use of the public computers, and access to any of the online databases.  

Library Card Fees:

• First Card: Free for Obion County Residents

• Second and additional cards: $2

• Out of County Residents: $20 yearly fee

Copies and Prints(per page):

• Black and White copies/prints : $.10

• Color copies/prints: $.10

Fax:

• Send: $.50

• Receive: $1.00

Lost Book, DVD, CD, Hot Spot, etc. 

• Cost of materials

Late Fees:

• Books: $.10/day

• DVDs, Blu-Rays, Audiobooks: $1.00/day

• Hot Spots: $5.00/day

Checkout Limits:

• Books: Unlimited

• Audiobooks: 5/card

• DVDs/Blu-Rays: 5/card

• Hot Spot: 1 per household

Lending Periods:

• Books/Audiobooks: 2 Weeks

• DVDs/Blu-Rays: 7 Days

Public Computer Use:

• Public computer use is limited to 2 hours. Once your 2 hours have been used you will be logged off and can't login until 2 hours have passed.
