Career Center

The job training center project is supported in whole by the institute of Museum and Library Service through the federally-funded Library Services and Technology Act, as administered by the Department of State, Tennessee State Library Archives and the Obion County Public Library Friends of the Library organization.

The center, located in the library, consists of three computers for the purpose of job searching and on-line training. Each computer is equipped with Microsoft Office Suite 2007, Winway Resume Deluxe, and Camtasia. These computers are specifically set up for training and job searching only. In addition to the computers, the job center has job and career related books and DVDs that are available for check out.

Career workshops are often offered free to the public. Please check our calendar of events for upcoming workshops.
